This agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from Appletree Vitamins, as named on the invoice that will be provided to you (Customer) and sold only in the United States or US Territories. Payment must be received by Appletree Vitamins prior to acceptance of any order. Payment for products will generally need to be made by credit card or other method of payment authorized by Appletree Vitamins.

Once We receive your order, We will provide you with an email confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not constitute an acceptance of your order by Appletree Vitamins; nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We are simply confirming that We received your order.

Please note that there may be certain orders that We are unable to accept and must cancel. Appletree Vitamins reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized and the order information is verified.

Some examples of situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, but are not limited to: limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product pricing information, product or ingredient restrictions mandated by local, state, or national regulations, unavailability of product, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance group. We may also require additional verifications of information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, We will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge as soon as possible; generally within 72 hours of such cancellation coming to our attention.

The prices displayed on our Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States and U.S. Territories, and such prices do not include shipping, handling (refrigeration packs), or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price.
