Whey hydrolysate, capsule shell (gelatin and water), L-Phenylalanine, L-Ornithine hydrochloride, L-Arginine hydrochloride, L-Methionine, L-Asparagine, L-Citrulline and lactase. Amino Sport contains a small (approximately 10 mg) of lactose from whey. A sufficient amount of lactase has been added to support lactose digestion. This product is gluten free.

One (1) teaspoon (5 ml) each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.

Use only as recommended. Magnesium chloride is generally well tolerated. Most side effects are due to toxicity (hypermagnesemia). Mild hypermagnesemia is generally well tolerated, but severe hypermagnesemia can affect the nervous and cardiovascular system. Therefore, magnesium chloride may be contraindicated in patients with renal impairment or marked myocardial disease.
