Ingredients: Highly purified and refined Calamarine® Omega-3 Oil (calamari), natural citrus flavor, natural mixed tocopherols (soy).

Suggested Usage

Children 1-6 years old take ½ teaspoon twice daily with meals and children over 7 years old and adults take 1 teaspoon twice daily with meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
