Special Comments: With administration of Lithium, Folidreen should be considered to support the liver, suggested therapy is three months, followed by a less frequent maintenance dose (once per day).  Experience shows that simultaneous liver detoxification is always advisable when treating depression.  A two-month liver drainage therapy is suggests.
