I've been using Adreset from Metagenics for close to 3 years now. Every once in a while, I decrease my intake from 3 pills a day to 2 pills a day and not long after, I notice a decrease in my energy level. I obviously couldn't suggest it to friends or family�since I'm not certified, but I'd definitely get them to talk to my holistic physician so that they could figure out whether or not it would be beneficial to them.

My holistic practitioner suggested I take Adreset from Metagenics in order to assist me with my adrenal fatigue. The results from my lab said that I didn't have much cortisol, so this would benefit my symptoms of fatigue as well as of�weakness. I've taken it for close to two months and it's safe to say that it's helped me feel so much better. I don't feel like my legs aren't able to hold my body weight anymore. I'm also not nearly as tired as I used to be. I'll keep using it since it seems to be working well.
