Useful for adrenal exhaustion

My ND had suggested I take Adreset from Metagenics in order to help with my adrenal exhaustion. I only need to have a couple of capsules per day. It seems to me that I'm getting better and my energy has increased, but It's hard to see how much it actually had to do with the positive impact. However, after doing some research on adrenal exhaustion, I know that this product is good because the ingredients that make it up is are often suggested to help it.

Really liking Adreset

I've used multiple different kinds of adrenal support supplements, but there's always room for improvement. The last thing that I've taken is Irwin Naturals Ginza-Plus. Although Ginza-Plus made me feel good, it didn't contain as many nutrients as I thought it should have in order for it to actually be beneficial. It also had some that I really didn't think I needed. Therefore, I decided to give Adreset a chance instead based on the ingredients. It, for sure, has immensely increased my energy. It's got Cordyceps and Panax ginseng, which are two ingredients that I think my body works well with.
