I had used CandiBactin-AR in the past after my nutritionist had suggested it and it's been great, so I haven't stopped using it since. My digestion has gotten so much better with it. Even my intestinal health seems to be doing better. I typically have it before I eat together with my digestive aid. The results have been just amazing.

Really strong antifungal

This antifungal is strong so I'd suggest being careful with it and taking it slow. It could be a shock to you if you have a high yeast equilibrium. I'd suggest beginning with one a day and then watch what happens. I've never taken more than six in a day and that wasn't really great for some time, even though I'd consider myself a pretty large man. Also, keep in mind that the oils inside of the capsules are really spicy so make sure you take it with water or anything else for that matter. If you end up getting a Herxheimer reaction from the yeast die-off, don't worry because it will disappear in about a day.

Performs on and fixes two problems

CandiBactin-AR from Metagenics is absolutely anti-candidal and it additionally comes from a herxheimer reaction for the parasite infection that I have. It's a bit costly, but it works wonders and since it performs on and fixes two problems, the money is even more justified.
