It's been over 20 years now since I've taken Intrinsi B12/Folate from Metagenics at the request of my neuropath when he had found out that I was a�Pernicious Anemic. That basically just means that I don't make intrinsic factor on my own. I wasn't able to eat. In fact, I was so close to an IV. However, with this, I've been very healthy and my blood work has been positive.�Therefore, if your doctor is telling you that your body is just not absorbing nutrients, then I'd suggest you give this a try.
