Mag Glycinate is a really nice supplement that you can take together with your calcium. I take calciun forte along with Mag Glycinate. My bones haven't felt so good in a while. In fact, my doctor told me that my bone density has risen.

Take a couple, twice a day

I've actually taken various types of magnesium, but I still kept on dealing with leg cramps as well as twitchy muscles. Therefore, my doctor suggested Mag Glycinate. It was my first time taking the glycinate form. My legs cramps are now a thing of the past and I feel like this is because I added Mag Glycinate. I take a couple of them, two times each day.
