It tastes so delicious

I've been taking UltraClear Plus Medical Food from Metagenics over the past several weeks. For one, I think it tastes really good. It's sweet and flavourful, so you feel like you're eating a snack, which is something you actually shouldn't be doing, so it kind of makes you want to take it. In other words, it's a great way to please my craving of eating poorly. This is especially helpful whenever I'm not in the best mood and�haven't eaten a full meal since I just take it to feel like I actually have eaten a good, hearty meal. My stomach never reacts badly and there've been no gas issues after taking UltraClear Plus Medical Food. I've now substituted it for a couple of my everyday meals. I just make my own dinner now. Over these past two weeks of doing so, I've lost 10 pounds.

I love the taste and it really does fill you up

I put in one scoop into 2-3 ounces of filtered water, to keep it from lumping. I added the water gradually as I continuously stirred it until it become nice and smooth. It's difficult for me to drink two scoops right in the morning since it fills you up really well. On occassion, I use half of coconut milk and it's so thick, it fills you up as well. I like the taste of UltraClear Plus Medical Food from Metagenices. My ND was the one who introduced me to it.

Suggested Usage

Directions: Shake canister before scooping. Blend, shake, or briskly stir about 2 level scoops (44 grams) of UltraClear Plus into 8 fluid ounces of chilled water or juice twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For highly sensitive individuals, consider reducing consumption to ½ to 1 scoop with 4 to 5 ounces of chilled water or juice twice daily during the first 3 to 4 days before starting a full daily dose.

Storage: Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place.

Unless otherwise instructed by your health care professional, suggested usage reflects the manufacturer's recommendation for this product.
