(These products are only shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for orders received by 1PM EST on Wednesday. Any heat sensitive orders received after 1PM on Wednesday through Sunday, will ship on the following Monday unless it is a holiday.)

Please consider having someone available to accept your package when it arrives. We cannot be responsible for a product left on a hot porch. No returns or refunds will be issued after the product has shipped, unless the product is damaged of defective.

We will not ship Cold Sensitive or Heat Sensitive products to PO Boxes, to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or Alaska, Hawaii, and US territory addresses.

Note : While the ice pack WILL THAW during shipping and the product may be warm to the touch, the temperature maintained in the container is well below the level at which damage to the bacteria could occur. This ensures that you receive a highly viable bacterial product. Bacterial products are room temperature stable, as the bacteria thrive in the approximate 100 degree temperature of our intestinal tract. While refrigeration is NOT required, the probiotics are refrigerated during manufacture, warehouse, and delivery. This is done to protect the product from temperature extremes and to maximize the potency of the bacterial strains over time. No probiotic strain of bacteria is immune to temperature extremes.
