Dosage: One full dropper 2x daily in warm water, or as directed by a Health Care Practitioner

3 days before surgery:  One full dropper 6x daily Post Surgery: as needed (15-30 drops hourly for 72 waking hours is typical). Then back to standard dosage until repair.
