No more getting food comas!

I unfortunately am gluten sensitive. I get rashes and go into a severe food coma post eating. I legitimately need to go to sleep afterward and occassionally I have GI disturbance, but that just depends on whatever meal I had. Therefore, I decided to give SpectraZyme Gluten Digest from Metagenics a try since my practitioner had suggested it after finding out I was headed on a trip. I stopped getting rashes and GI problems were no longer a thing. The first time I took it, I initially had a big bowl of pasta, which typically immediately puts me to sleep, but I wasn't tired whatsoever after it. I still can't wrap my head over it. I always have it on me for when I go out or for parties so I can have gluten occassionally, because you just never know.
