The taste is nice and sweet

I've been taking UltraClear Plus Medical Food from Metagenics for several weeks and the first thing that I liked about it was how good it tasted. It's sweet so subconciously, you feel like you're snacking or just eating something that you shouldn't be. That's actually how it makes you want to take it in the first place. It really quenches my craving to always eat, or just eat food that I can't. Therefore, when I'm not in the mood or haven't eaten a solid meal, I take this to give me a proper meal. I haven't gotten any stomach or gas problems from it. In fact, UltraClear Plus Medical Food only makes me feel good. Lately, I've decided to take it in place of two meals and just make my own dinner. As a result, over the course of two weeks, I've been able to lose 10 pounds!

I really like how it tastes and it truly does fill me up

I combine 1 scoop of it with 2-3 oz. of filtered water to keep lumps from forming. I slowly pour in the rest of the water while constantly stirring until it's all smooth and one consistency. It's difficult for me, though, to take two of them right after waking up. Therefore, at times, I just take half of coconut milk. It's also filling due to its thickness. I'm a fan of the tast of UltraClear Plus Medical Food from Metagenics. My ND was the one who suggested it to me.

Suggested Usage

Directions: Blend, shake, or briskly stir about 2 level scoops (46 grams) of UltraClear Plus pH into 8 fluid ounces of chilled water or juice twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For highly sensitive individuals, consider reducing consumption to ½ to 1 scoop with 4 to 5 ounces of chilled water or juice twice daily during the first 3 to 4 days before starting a full daily dose.

Storage: Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place.

Unless otherwise instructed by your health care professional, suggested usage reflects the manufacturer's recommendation for this product.
