I've tasted so many various powders to get more vitamins and proteins. UltraMeal RICE from Metagenics has been my favorite thus far. It tastes so good and it never leaves you hungry. I'm very sensitive so it's difficult to find something that won't upset my stomach. It also gives you so much energy. I'd suggest taking Bifoviden ID probiotics Cal Appetite (Calcium) as well as Fem Essentials (multivitamin). Honestly, all Metagenics items are really nice.
