My Chiropractor suggested I take AdvaClear from Metagenics to help me out with my migraines. It's been more than a year and it's helped me with both subsiding my migranes and enhancing my mood. It also helps out with making sure that the discs in both my neck and my back don't come out of alignment. Now, I can swim in pools once again. However, I did become aware of the fact that I'm actually alergic to Chlorine, so that was hard to come to terms with since I'm both a swimmer and a lifeguard. However, as long as I take a couple more capsules, I'm okay to swim for whatever period of time that I'd like to. Therefore, it's positively impacted my life so much. I'd definitely suggest it to those that are trying to find a detox supplement.

I don't really know if the supplements are helping me out or not as I deal with chemical sensitivity.
