I've been taking Mg/K Aspartate for close to a year now because I was getting leg cramps each night. However, leg crampps no longer exist in my life all thanks to Mg/K Aspartate.

Mg/K Aspartate never makes my stomach unhappy. This is what I've concluded post one month.I 'd say that's it's�bit on the expensive side, but it's absolutely worth it.
