Utra Calm Bars from Metagenics are just great. They taste like a�Mounds bar, but only contain 6 grams of sugar, so it actually relaxes you. I really like that it doesn't have an ""after taste"" either. Both their energy and protein bars are nice, too.

Ultra Calm Bars from Metagenics are so good and they really do relax you. I've noticed that it's been a whole lot easier to sleep or nap almost right after a meal. I love the taste and I really like the fact that it's got fiber. I'd suggest it to those who want to sleep better.
