I had been taking Mens Vita Pack and ordering it from a different supplier when my doctor and I had found out that my BP is quite high even though I haven't struggled with it before. When I had started with Welllness Essentials Men's Vitality instead and a couple weeks later, my BP got back to its place. I've got way more energy now and I feel as if my health in general has gotten much better. I went with Metagenics since they've got PhytoMulti nutrients as well as vitamins in it. I've gotten a couple more now and will continue taking them because they really help with my health.

I'm not quite sure how Wellness Essentials Mens Vitality works since I've been using womens essentials, but a couple of my coworkers weren't doing well, so I offered them this and it had helped them immensely. They wondered if there was some for men as well. They just got it a day ago, so I guess we'll just wait and see�how her husband ends up feeling in the long run.
