Zinlori from Metagenics has been able to keep me from depending on over the counter medicine for acid reflux. In fact, it's helped me get off of one that I had been taking for three years. At first I had one before I ate and the same at night. Then I got off it and only took Zinlori and then with time, even I got off of that! I just take it every once in a while just in case I relapse.
